"No complaints except that they wanted to charge me for a lid to my drink. I just wanted a sip lid and it came with a lid for a straw, I wanted to switch it out because I have children. They told me that there is a charge for that. I go every Friday morning, this was the 1st time hearing about a charge for a lid exchange."

"Walked in after placing Doordash order. Nobody in store and young lady was on phone and didn't even start order. She then tells me my order is going to be a while. I did a Doordash order ND drove 5 miles for her to not even start it. It was 6am and not busy"

"I am strictly a Starbucks Girl and there was on a Dunkin Donuts around ordered a cookie butter cold brew and it charged my life so rich so buttery just amazing...please try u wont regret it!! Drive thru was alittle slow but the drink made up for it"

"I am extremely impressed with this location. I quit going there back in 2021 because the staff back then was horrible but the staff they have now are absolutely amazing to say the least. I was running late and a little off this morning because my blood sugar dropped low and I forgot to finish my mobile order but did not realize it til I was at the window they wonderful woman in drive thru was so nice about it and I told her I would park and finish then come back around in a bit she decided to walk my order out to me as soon as it was done. Her kindness made my day :) keep up the good work everyone"

"The lobby was super clean, Keyontae was our cashier and he was amazing!! His customer service skills are A-1, came in right before they closed but we were still able to get what we wanted and we were treated like family! Thanks Keyontae!"
