"Managers are extremely rude and unprofessional; Attempting to call the store to speak to a manager about my w2 finally got somebody to answer the phone after calling for 2 weeks straight. Lady who answered wouldn’t provide her name but said she was “manager” She was overwhelmed with my questions and hung up the phone saying she wasn’t going to help me when I question why no one ever answers the phone, I called back and she passed the phone to a different lady who then passed the phone to a male. I asked for this managers name and the male said what am I going to do with her name he is the boss and it is pointless asking for her name. I said I was going to report her to corporate for hanging up he then told me to get a pen and paper to write her name and spelled out “suckmyd***” and hung up. Have yet have someone reach me concerning my w2."

"If they tell you to park and wait for your order after going through the drive through. Don’t do it, you’ll wait 30 mins. They’ll forget about your order, serve everyone that walks in and your order will be sitting on the counter getting cold. Whoever manages this store does a poor job delegating tasks at this location. It is your job to pace your orders so that you can effectively handle your volume. If you can’t handle your volume you will be throwing money away whether it’s because you’re remaking cold food or you’re refunding losses customers. I will not come back here."

"Let me start off by saying I've gone to this DD everyday for the last 4 months, and everyday I have a problem with either my food and or drink. I do a mobile order so it's the same everyday. 1 plain mini bagel 1 sausage egg and cheese and a iced French vanilla 2 cream 2 sugar 3 pumps of French vanilla less ice. When it comes to the mini bagels they give you what they want, and never tell you that they don't have what you ask for so more often than not they are replacing my food almost daily, the sausage egg and cheese is either burnt to a crisp or is missing the sausage, well today they decided to give me an everything bagel which I can not eat, and an ice cold egg and cheese wrap. Every time I go there the workers have an attitude, and make it seem as though I'm the one that made the food wrong. Or they are joking and playing around paying no attention to anyone. There's a sign saying for mobile orders move from the line, well I got cursed out and was told I didn't know how to read, that I should pay attention to what the sign says, how are they supposed to know when I'm there. I let them know if you paid attention to your job you wouldn't have a problem. The service there is completely horrible. Lastly I called for over an hour with no answer what so ever. This place needs serious help and to be re-trained."

"The morning crew service is horrible. No one recognizes any customers and no one attempts to help. 8 people in line and the front counter didn't talk to any of us. I wanted a sandwich that wasnt on the touch screen. When I called the team member she said I had to wait because their system was down. I waiting 15 mins and still walked out without my sandwich. They said I had to wait until the 7 people ordered first who were behind me. Like, how does that even make sense? What I did order on the touch screen they didn't have in stock. They told me after I paid and was waiting for 15 minutes. I asked for my money back, but because I paid by card they said they were having trouble returning the money. Finally, they told me it SHOULD be back in a couple days. When I asked the manager for an invoice to show the money had been returned they said they don't have it and just come back to the location if I never get the money. Like, that's exactly what I'm trying to avoid is coming back to this place. Just one of the most frustrating experiences I've had at a fast food restaurant."

"If I could give a negative star I would... first of all let me say that I visit DD everyday, not this location. This is by far the absolute worst service every and my order is wrong. I ordered 2 turkey egg cheese croissants hibiscus tea. The lady in the drive thru rushed my order before I was even done so when I went to add my last croissant she said add it at the window bc she closed it but I never told her I was done. So I get to the window and told the lady to add a plain croissant and add a turkey sausage. Don't ring it up like a regular sandwich bc I'm not more for items I don't want. Sure enough she screwed it up charging my $4.59 vs the $2 and change. I asked for a cup of Ice and the rude lady at the window said you have to tell them at the drive thru.. HOW CAN I AND YOU CUT ME OFF LADY! To top it off my croissants had no turkey sausage on the egg and cheese orders..Terrible! I will never go there again. The employees need to be trained to listen."
