"I have been at this location several times between 8:00 and 8:30 and they are out of donuts. I am no rocket scientist but I think if I was running out that early every day I think I would consider ordering more."
"Atmosphere really isn't appropriate as I went to the drive thru. I stopped in "spur of the moment" to pick up a quick breakfast sandwich. Did you know they serve breakfast all day?? 5 stars and KUDOS for this alone! Staff was courteous, bacon, egg and cheese sandwich was nice."
"It's amazing how people in these establishments are unable to know how to serve a cold brew coffee with cold foam. It would be awesome if Dunkin management could teach their associates but I guess all they care about is having warm bodies that can continue to take customer's money no matter what the quality of the product is like."
"Had the worst morning this mornin bagel bites & a chocolate glazed donut. The reason I ordered a donut was because I had a free donut coupon with drink purchase on the app. When I got to the drive thru I told them my donut isn’t in here & the sweet old lady went to get it but then there was another lady who was African American quite heavy that had the biggest attitude telling her “what are you getting” & started saying how I didn’t order a donut I showed her the coupon when the lady tried ringing me up I said I ordered this because I had a free donut as I had my phone up with the coupon. The heavy lady kept saying “she needa pay for it it wasn’t in her order” & I just told the old lady it’s okay forget it. I work 9-9 she could’ve just gave me the donut there was no need to be so stingy when I had the coupon right there that said “FREE DONUT.” I had to get to work or else I wouldn’t made her give me a refund for everything & then ring it all up with the coupon. This is ridiculous she acted as if it came out of her paycheck. I didn’t come to Dunkin to have the toughest morning with someone like her."
"Decided to go in they only had 3 different types of donuts very limited how can you say dunkin donuts when you don't have barely any donuts 6 in total was all. So Decided to get an lced late he got that wrong put way to much ice so barely any expresso went in. The cleanliness really needs to get done a deep clean is definitely in need at that store. Waited in line for 15min with 1 person in front of me."
