"The young girl at the window told me they do not have change when I gave her a $10 bill so needless to say I did bot get any change back from my order! That is unacceptable that they cannot give you your change from your order!! So I guess the change I did not get back goes towards her tip?? Also I asked for whipped cream on my drink which she even read back to me on my order but dud not put on my drink! The staff ar this location is incompetent!! I will post this on social media and will certainly not return!!"

"Please if you want to save this store and maintain good staff. Please evaluate the current management. The staff between the hours of 4am-10am are great. My coffee is always made perfect and the staff are always friendly and polite. I have been coming to this location since it opened. It’s convenient and clean. The current manager has a horrible attitude and poor customer service. This manager is highly unprofessional never friendly. As a valued customer, I suggest having another store manager observe this manager."

"Worst dunkin experience ever yesterday. Started off at the drive-thru with one of the workers cursing and complaining about the job over the loud speaker without knowing. Lady who took the order was also rude. Received coffee at the window, and then was asked to pull around front to wait for food. Took at least 20 to 30 minutes total from the time at the drive-thru. I ended up going inside to get the food and then when I got back to the car realized I was missing a hashbrowns and the avocado toast look pathetic (cold and missing bacon). Went to go back inside, but they locked the doors and said that I would have to go back through the drive-thru. The worker would not even let me in or open the door as I was trying to talk to her. Terrible customer service. Kept saying they were "understaffed", but I have been to other Dunkins with the same amount of staff and was treated with respect. Completely unacceptable."

"I usually drink Starbucks but my mom told me about a good drink at dunkins so I decided to try it. The first time I went to this location I was the only one in line and it took about 20 min for one drink to be made. Tonight was my second time coming here and my last because I got a drink at the manatee location and it had way to much cream in it but I did not notice until I was almost home. By the way I waited longer for this one to be made bc the guy was high out of his mind. Well I stopped here to get it remade and the manager refused and was very rude even though it had the sticker and receipt. Now I know why they never have customers. The district manager needs to look into this bf they have to close permanently."

"Stopped with my grandson this morning and the girl at the register wasn't new but she was getting back to work and trying to relearn the register. She kept apologizing and was very kind and pleasant. The manager had to help a few times but even though they were busy he didn't lose his cool or patients. Even though it was busy everyone there was pleasant and seemed to enjoy their job. I've never had an issue with customer service at this location. Keep up the great work!"
