"I came in on the first day of the release of the holiday drink menu and was AMAZED by the service I got!! I left 30 minutes early for work as I figured they would be crazy busy. They were busy but the way they handled the chaos was perfect! I got a caramel brulee and an oatmeal and it was ready at the pickup time. They forgot my toppings for my oatmeal but one of the ladies saw me coming back in and immediately took care of it. THANK YOU 75TH STREET STARBUCKS!! "

"A Disappointing Experience at Starbucks Recently visited this Starbucks location and was left utterly disappointed. The cleanliness, or rather lack thereof, was the first red flag, with a visible disorder across the premises. The service speed was remarkably slow, adding to the overall displeasure. It seems that the root of these issues lies in the unorganized staff, which negatively impacts not only the tidiness but also the service speed. The accompanying photo provides a grim testament to this unfortunate state of affairs. In a place where one hopes to enjoy a peaceful cup of coffee, this Starbucks location regrettably misses the mark. There's a dire need for improvement in organization, cleanliness, and efficiency. Would you like a cup of hottie? Thanks, I would instead pass."

"They got all 4 of our drinks wrong. When I brought them back in and explained the issues and what the drinks were supposed to be, they apologized and said they would fix them. Well, they hand them back to me and they were all wrong AGAIN, and this time they were more wrong than before. Definitely would not recommend going to this shop. Drive the extra few miles to the next one. It will be worth it. Spending the money to get Starbucks coffee is already a lot, and I expect it to be worth it. I’ve had orders made wrong before but they were always fixed. To spend the money to get them wrong twice is ridiculous."
