Reviews of Coaster Coffee Company
"Their coffee is pretty good. Donuts and pastries are very good as well. Well, when and if staff are willing to give you what you ordered. It is fine when the park is not busy. You get what you ordered and there are actually some tables indoor and outdoor for dining on premise. But a lot of things could go wrong during busy times. It’s not like they are understaffed, because I see a lot of staff behind the counter (doing not much). Some newbies do not know how to brew the coffee?! And people lining up outside of the door. Disaster. More than one occasion where I witnessed and experienced this. I saw yesterday that Coaster Coffee is in the process opening another one near the Orca stadium. Trying to disperse the crowd?"
"Terrible place !! Seaworld should really consider training their staff to not just be polite but to also learn the position they’re been hired for .. asked for a vanilla cappuccino with oat milk girl only steamed whole milk and gave it to me no coffee no vanilla at all when I said it was whole milk not oat she made a face proceeds to tell her co worker it was oat not whole the other girl says it sounds the same sometimes don’t matter !! Seriously I can’t have whole milk it does matter !! Then proceeds to make it again once more just steams the milk no coffee no vanilla I ask if she put some she makes a face says I forgot and goes back puts vanilla no coffee and won’t even stir it !!!I said you know what I won’t buy that she makes a face and says why because I didn’t stir it!! No honey because you have one job and can’t do any part of it right !! To top it off the place is dirty their machines are disgusting and everyone there has an attitude and look like they rather be smoking weed in the back than actually keeping a job !!"
"The atmosphere of this place is what it's all about. They do have some nice pastries and some Starbucks coffee which can be a good way to start your day at SeaWorld Orlando. The pastries and coffee are just overpriced and they are really nothing special, but you get to enjoy them next to the coolest coaster models on the planet. I love the models of Mako and Kraken. It's a really cool environment to enjoy a piping hot caffeinated beverage. Everything is pretty expensive and like I said nothing is special you're better off eating a muffin at your hotel, but if you are a roller coaster fan you have to go inside and look at the models they have inside of the coasters."
"This is basically Starbucks branded for SeaWorld. Longer line than I’d like but otherwise same food and refreshment you can expect to find at Starbucks."
"Rude employees all around. They didn't seem to care about anything. They showed zero manners whatsoever, even after trying to be super polite. The looks very annoyed, impatient, and acted like they were everything with a bag of chips. When we were in line one of the employees literally shoved us out the way to get behind the counter. She had the audacity to proceed giving dirty looks and scoffing at us. They also got our order wrong multiple times. (We needed six hot chocolates and a coffee.) The kids hot chocolate was boiling hot. Too hot for little kids. Very upsetting. Usually Sea World does a lot better. Every other store here is great service. Hopefully it gets fixed. Edit: I forgot to mention that it was super dirty. Trash, dirt, etc. . Also very limited menu."
