"I really wanna leave my review. To report this for records. Employees are making fun of customers and taking video and laughing. I think they are smoke something because all entire store smell like a weed and they make fun of the woman who stays for 29 minutes on the driveway believe me or not I was behind her"

"I asked her politely why she was closing down the frozen machine and the kitchen at 720 pm when they close at 9pm. Because I had a whole order and she wouldn’t be able to give me what I actually asked for. She said “because I want to be out of here by 9 , not start closing at 9”. And I immediately hung up. Because how are you going to ruin your customers food because you want to leave work early."

"This was the second visit in 2 weeks and the counter girl was extremely rude! I had purchased a Dunkin refill cup at another location and was told by that manager that I can fill it at ANY Dunkin, upon my arrival I asked for said refill and Miss Rude and Nasty proceeds to tell me she rudely that she is not going to fill my cup that i need to make an order. Then stomps off to complain to another woman whose was mentioned by another customer who made a reviews about a "grumpy old lady" i believe is how she worded it. sadly I was trying to give this location another chance before i totally no longer use this location, but as of today they have lost my business and they truly need a customer service training session."

"Every time I come here they seem to forget something and I don’t know why but every time I order the avocado toast with bacon they never put the bacon is starting to get ridiculous I understand if you forget one or two times but almost every single time I go and you would think I check my box every time I get it but for some reason I’m always in a hurry very disappointed! Update 8/15/23 Went to get the same order toast with avocado and bacon ; and guess what happened ,I opened my box to see NOOOOO bacon , thank goodness I actually looked , when I said it has no bacon the guy said to the cashier , OHHHH she wanted bacon???????? Like it’s on the BOX it stated BACON! no annoying"
