Starbucks

"Upon pulling up to the drive thru there was a car ahead of me. I waited my turn for approx 5 minutes and then pulled up to the speaker.No one came to the speaker. I said hello three times but no one answered. I waited a couple of minutes more but no one ever asked to take my order. I knew someone was there because the car ahead of me was putting in their order. When I finally gave up and drove around to the window to see what was going on , the drive thru worker had her head out the window pretty relaxed talking to the customer in front of me ( pretty obvious she knew the person) I slowed down and overheard her telling her apparent friend what time she gets up in the morning. I know I’m assuming but it’s pretty clear that she couldn’t take my order because she was having a leisurely talk with her friend. I went to Dunkin Donuts instead and just shook my head. What poor attention to the paying customer that is waiting in line. I was on my way to an appointment and I’m not about to wait for an employee to have a private side conversation while she mute’s her drive thru speaker."

"I am very happy with our new Deltona location. I’m a Daily Starbucks customer , Deland was my location but I can get my coffee closer to home now. Coffee is always made the way I requested and the crew is always nice."

"I’m an avid Starbucks customer. I have never in my life have ever been so disappointed in a Starbucks, until now. Not only are the employees rude and slow, but the store manager is rude herself. We called regarding an issue we had with merchandise we purchased from another location. We reached out to corporate and they informed us we needed to contact a location and take the item in. So we called and spoke to the store manager at our closest location, which was this location. The store manager continuously interrupted while we explaining the situation, then she hung up on us when I asked who her manager. Called back, no answer. Called from another phone and she picked up. When I asked why she hung up, she said our call was unproductive. I asked her who her manager was and how to contact them. She told me to call corporate, said have a nice day and hung up. So unbelievably rude!!!"

"Staff is new, it will take time for them to get the specialty beverages right. It would be nice for Starbucks to have a collection of short videos for customers. Explaining how you want your beverage is not effective. This is my 4th visit here trying to have an opportunity again and again. Never will try this store again. Owner should place a person who can take the order instead calling another employee to read and explain the order it took 14 minutes to get my coffee, I request this time a refund."
