"As always, the PSL is wonderful and the people were very nice and apologetic for the wait. It was a little weird that I was the only person in line and it still took about 5 minutes for them to get my order. I thought they must've been busy in the drive thru, but... and that's the big reason for this review... there is NO DRIVE THRU. So, if you're in a hurry, maybe try a different one."
"Came in to pick up a Doordash order and set there for 15 minutes the whole time my order was ready and right in front of me but not bagged, I could have been in and out if Camille would have at least acknowledged me, home girl said not one word and seen me standing there the entire time. Such poor customer service. Too many customers are dedicated to Starbucks to have this type of service. Get rid of her...."
