"This is a food center for the needy families living in Hardee County Florida. It is open from 10am to 3pm but closed for lunch from 12 to 1pm, every Tuesday and Friday. A family can register by bringing an identification and filling in a questionnaire about income etc. One bag or box of food is given per week per family. Staff is very helpful. There is also a possibility for applying for state/federal assistance for those in need"
