"Absolutely disgusting customer service. The young girls working are behind the counter preparing orders and can't keep their hands out of their hair or off their face while preparing food. Completely disgusting. I was having issues with my car overheating and I was unable to sit in the drive through line to get my order. I went inside to get my order and they staff was very snide and just simply rude. Said it was against company policy. AND THEIR STORE MANAGER WAS PRESENT! I have been a Dunkin customer longer than their staff has been alive and never heard of such. And even if it is company policy the way in which they approached the situation was simply disgusting. District manager will be be definitely contacted. This makes the whole franchise look disgusting."

"I went through the drive thru and the lady was very rude. I asked for a medium iced latte with white chocolate and she asked me if I wanted cream and sugar so I said the latte comes with cream and she says “then you should have said that” because she didn’t hear me the first time when I asked for the latte… then after I order my sandwich and a donut she gets frustrated and scoffs. I was ordering clearly and quickly. No need for all that attitude. Then my mother didn’t like her coffee so she asked for a refund and the girl said she would get fired if she gave her a refund. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience here."

"We stood in line for 20 minutes only to be told 2 different coffees we ordered were not available. Why are they on the menu if you don't have them? There was 1 girl working, taking and filling orders. We left without coffee and were very frustrated. We have not had a good experience at any Dunkin we have ever been in."

"This may be my first Google review in a long time, but it’s worth it. Today was my second time having a horrible experience at this location. I have completed a survey and hopefully will be contacted. The person at the drive thru was rude. I had to repeat my order to them at the window and they told me to pull up and they would just “figure it out”. Well they didn’t. After coming out to ask me twice what my order was while parked, I still left without hash browns. Unfortunately, not time to go back inside. I couldn’t believe it. Two in a row. Not good."

"Time to make the donuts! Brought my mom in for coffee and a donut. They had no Boston cream, no jelly, and very few of anything else. Only one type of munchkin. A few new unfamiliar flavors. It's a donut place. It's time to make the donuts."
