"Contacted Key Largo Flowers for a tropical arrangement for my son’ rehearsal dinner. I had a few specific flowers and leaf changes to the Online Tropical Flower arrangement. When it arrived at the restaurant some of my requested changes hadn’t been done. I called Dawn, the owner of the shop and within a hour she responded to the restaurant and made a few changes to the arrangement. When I arrived for the rehearsal the flower arrangement was on display and Perfect! Thank you Dawn! I would highly recommend Key Largo Florist"
"The arrangement I ordered arrived different than the photo that I had chosen it from. I called & happened to catch the owner. She was very apologetic. She had me send her a photo & was happy to send the correct flower arrangement the next day. She even followed up with me about the delivery. That is GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I appreciated the kindness & willingness to correct their mistake, that is hard to find these days."
