"On 2/16/24 I came into Starbucks to sit down in the lobby. A man came into the building with a woman and got in line together. I am a regular customer at this location and I have seen this man many times here. I noticed he was staring at me while I was sitting down at the big table. I decided to go to the bathroom and leave after because I felt uneasy and uncomfortable. When I came out of the bathroom he was still standing in line and was staring at me. I was trying to look over at the baristas to see if anyone wasn't busy so I could talk to them about how I was feeling. At this point, I was feeling unsafe and decided to just go to my car and leave. The man followed me out to my car and stood about 3 feet away from my car door as I got into my car and he was staring at me. I waved my hands at him to get him to leave me alone and get away from my car. He just looked around like he was trying to see if anyone saw him and went back into the starbucks. This is not my first uneasy feeling about this customer. I come to this starbucks on a regular basis and I have seen this customer watch inappropriate content on his computer in the lobby, stare at girls chests/backside, and approach young girls. Your business should not allow a man to regularly come in and harass young girls and follow them out to their cars. Your business should not allow a man to watch inappropriate pornography in your lobby when there are children sitting right next to him. Today was th first time I have truly ever felt unsafe coming to starbucks. I genuinely thought he was going to try and touch me or grab me as I was leaving the building. I would like to understand why this person is allowed to have service here at our community starbucks."

"I've been a regular at Starbucks for quite some time now, and my overall experience has been consistently positive. Whether I'm looking for a quiet corner to work or catching up with friends, the comfortable seating creates a pleasant atmosphere. The menu at Starbucks is extensive, catering to a wide range of tastes and preferences. From hot beverages to refreshing iced options, there's always something for everyone. The seasonal drinks and limited-time offerings also add a nice touch of variety. Nonetheless, Starbucks is an amazing coffee spot for its reliability, quality, and the comfort it brings to the coffee routine."

"Went inside to order. 2 people in line ahead of me, including the person ordering. After 5 minutes of no order being taken and them chit-chatting, i decided to mobile order it from the line. Mind you, i ordered a tall dark roast coffee, which literally takes 15 seconds to fill. The app estimated 10 minutes, which i waited and then 5 minutes beyond that before asking the barista. She said, "oh yeah, your order (sticker) is right here, just a minute. She then made 3 more complex orders and finally went to make mine. No coffee made. Goes to the second unit, and guess what? No coffee there either. So then she goes to make a new batch and guess what... No coffee beans. Has to leave the barista bar to get beans, grind beans, and make a fresh 5 gallon pot while i wait. Did she ask if i wanted an American instead of waiting, no. Finally received my coffee after...get this...25 minutes for a 15 seconds coffee order."

"Worst Starbucks and awful service. Stopped in with my daughter for a latte - took a solid 5 mins for us to be acknowledged before taking our order. Waited 30 mins to get our order - we even followed up and asked one of the batistas, who said it was in queue and would be up shortly..... ...only to find that it had been made 20 mins earlier but placed by the drive thru window instead of the pick up space. So we ended up with a lukewarm latte that was not well made. Super disappointed and won't come back here"
