The Stepping Stone Daycare

"This daycare is very unprofessional I would not recommend, they are only open from 8 am to 5:15 and will charge you for every late fee they can get. They don’t stick to the school’s schedule and give last min notices of the center closing so you don’t have time to find care in time. They only use cashapp and never provide receipts. Don’t bother asking for any documents they won’t provide it in a timely manner. My son was coming home with different diapers that didn’t belong to him, or with a soiled diaper and or not wiped good. Ms. King wanted me and my doctor to Violate HIPPA rights. If you’re on ELC They charge double the price. Potentially pocketing the money. My child’s finger was crushed during care and no report or call. only a text was sent and stated a child stepped on him. Few days later his whole fingernail came off."

"I love this daycare! My daughter went here for 2 years when she turned one. (she’s now 5) and now my son who is one years old is now attending. They have an app that gives you updates throughout the day, and I can tell you it’s helped my anxiety out tremendously! My daughter learned so much from this facility and staff and I’m sure that her brother will be just as great! Thank you Regina and Ms. King!"

"My 2 year old attended Stepping stone daycare for 6 weeks before I pulled him. If you’re only looking for subpar care then this is your place. I showed up a few times and my son was sitting in front of an iPad with about 10 other kids. Being that he’s two, he doesn’t get screen time at home let alone somewhere else. I encourage you to get receipts that you pay for childcare as they have you pay through cash app. Also, if you plan to write off your child care, I highly recommend you get their alleged EIN/tax ID number upfront as I requested mine for three weeks and no one would ever give it to me. And I still haven’t received to this day. The response I always got was it will be emailed in 2 business days….never received. So just proceed with caution parents!"

"I'm very sad to hear that an ex-employee (Iesha) decided to create fake reviews about this great daycare. My child has been attending for 3 years and from my personal experience the director Ms King, staff and center is great! She has learned so much and I have not experienced any of the bad reviews recently posted. Keep in mind this daycare has been operable for 4 years with a 5 star rating."
