Every time I go through the drive-through the same gentleman puts a smile on my face they’re fast. Their food and coffee is consistent every visit and they go the extra mile to make sure That you are satisfied when you leave"

"I came in just for the snackin bacon. Got two donuts as well. The donuts were ok but the bacon I'll attach a pic of. It wasn't even a full order. It looks like they pulled a burnt ball of bacon out of the fryer and threw it in a bag. How could anyone think it's okay to serve this to a customer! I would have returned it but their lines are ridiculous!"

"I walk-in here to get a coffee or a bagel or whatever in the afternoons and I’m waiting probably 10 mins just for them to stop talking to take my order. It’s like if you don’t go in the drive thru you’re not considered a priority. I stood ag the register this last time for 14 mins and ended up placing my order on the app because no one would acknowledge me. They then continued to talk about how “dumb that lady is” in the drive thru because didn’t order her drink correctly. Truly the worst service in the afternoons."

"The customer service has been great very friendly. The Carmel ice coffee with cream and sugar is just how I like it. I also enjoy the sweet sugar bacon sandwich croissant. 9/20/23 The cashier at the window made me laugh which made my morning. Thank you guys for smiling especially since you're so busy. "First and foremost..This store has no idea what they're doing, there are young and lazy kids who are acting like it's their first day of work. This store is beyond unprofessional! Every time i order from this specific DD they never have the amount of donuts i ordered. Either they have none or one or maybe 4. But have never been able to get a dozen of the specialty donuts of any kind. They don’t know how to prepare coffees and Lattes…do these kids even get sufficient training??!! How old is the manager??? This is the WORST Dunkin Donut ever! Customer service SUCKS! THEY NEED NEW MANAGEMENT ASAP!!!"
