"I have never left a negative review in my life even if deserved but my cashier's reaction today deserves one. I went to pay my bill of $20.18 with 20 one dollar bills with dollar bills left in my hand. and reached into the change that people leave for other people. I had noticed there was close to a dollar in there. I was paying cash for my transportation and thought I may need this dollar. I am type of person who always leaves money there very seldom do I take from it. Desiree my cashier screamed loudly what are you doing that's for people who have no money you have money left. Completely embrassed I left a dollar on the counter. Loudly ask her name and thank her for her customer service. She came out to the van I was in the driver rolled down the window and she threw a dollar bill in. She should have never came near my vehicle. We had no clue what she would do. I understand people have bad days but If this is the type of people uyou Employee. I would rethink and retrain them. Don't think I will ever spend my money at Rac Trac again"

"WOW!!! If you are looking for gas, then THIS is the place. You will not be let down. They offer a wide variety of gas, as to accommodate as many patrons as possible. Some of the options include "Premium", "Plus", "Regular", and "Diesel". This time, I chose the Regular and was not disappointed. The fuel (which is served in a liquid state) slid right down into my gas tank and then slowly burned as I traveled around central Florida. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks RaceTrac!!"

"The employees here pick and choose when to do their job correctly. They don’t ask for ID the majority of the time and if they are corrected or called out on something they refuse to provide service. More than once the ladies in here have refused to cash out people due to their feelings being hurt. This is bad business. On top of providing bad service they have dirty and unhygienic people working here. There is never a manager around to talk to either. Steer clear of this place if possible."

"RaceTrac is usually busy, but staffed by friendly folks who keep the lines moving. This specific RaceTrac is always busy and always staffed by friendly people. I've always had a good experience here. Today, however, I witnessed dangerous behavior by one of the employees. I was fueling my car when a staff member came through the gas pump area sweeping up trash. As I turned to greet her, I saw that she was smoking a cigarette. She was puffing away as she weaves between patrons fueling their cars. This is just foolish. I hope it is a one time event and no one is ever hurt by this. I'll keep doing business here, but I will be wary of any employee combining a smoke break with a stroll through the gas pumps."
