"Chelsea is this dunkins problem with bad reviews. I've never seen such a rude employee, to everyone especially her coworkers who ARE doing a great job. One bad apple really can ruin a location. 3 times now, I won't be back unless she's not there. Just a very rude young lady, thinks it's cute, umm no."

"We were in line for 15 minutes to get one coffee on the drive thru. People in front of us also left without getting coffee. Employees seemed to not care about losing business and ignored us as we sat at the window. Worst place to grab a cup of coffee."

"1/25/24 Every time I have been here Chelsea is completely rude not only to customers but also to her coworkers. It is ridiculous that management has not fixed this issue. 1/31/24 Once again every time I come in to this location Chelsea is being completely hateful to the same girl. I’m not sure of her name but it starts with a T. This is getting out of hand and management needs to get this under control before I go to hr."

"Sometimes even the classiest places can be the worst just because of the service you received. Today we had the BEST service which makes this five star. The food was what you expect, the coffee was predictable but the man at the counter was a blessing. My daughter had low bloodsugar after three hours of driving and he could tell and put a smile on all our faces. He made sure to make her grilled cheese crunchy like she liked. Made some light jokes and even gave us larger coffees because there were no cups the right size. We left there all with smiles and telling our kids about how that man was a joyful worker. Today is 8/7/23 and we got coffee at 3:15. Thank you to this five star restaurant and your five star employee."
