"I waited 20 minutes for a coffee that I ordered..line around the building. They have no sense of urgency nor concern for their customers. Sad part they still didn’t make my drink right and I feel stuck with it because I don’t want to have to wait another 20 minutes for them to correct it."

"I will quite literally drive far out of my way to avoid going to this Starbucks. It’s a shame that Jenna is no longer the manager at this location because it truly shows. The staff doesn’t care when they mess up, they’re extremely condescending & rude. Amy is the only one there with common sense and good customer service. They messed up my drink three times in one single visit. I literally used to work here and they talk to you like you have no idea what you’re talking about. One of the baristas ran out of coffee base and decided to supplement my drink with COLD BREW without even asking me and was extremely abrasive when demanding me to “give the drink a try”. Rude, won’t be coming back."

"Horrible experience. Barely acknowledged when I came in the door and there were no other customers. Stood there waiting to have my order taken. The baristas were just milling around, no sense of urgency or any clue on good customer service. After being in there for at least 10 minutes she finally starts making my order. Then proceeds to tell me they were out of apple juice for my drink. It was just an awful Starbucks experience. I’ve never had a worse experience. And the store manager was working the shift! Just sad, first and last time at that location."
