"I’ve had three bad experiences with drink orders. Twice I received a hot matcha latte that had spoiled milk. And once I received a hot coffee latte when I ordered a hot matcha latte. I understand that things get hectic when it’s busy, but carelessness should not be a repeat characteristic of a company this size. Slow down, even if people are in a rush, and make sure the drinks are correct and the ingredients used are properly utilized. Many people would prefer to go to dunkin over starbucks, but problems like drink orders made incorrectly are what frustrate loyal customers."

"We have been ordering and it has been very convenient for our commute, we order on the app and pickup and skip the line and wait. Inside the shop is clean, updated outlets, and looks comfortable."

"I had ordered hash browns through the drive through and asked if they could make fresh hash browns as I know a lot of Dunkins use the hot holder. They gave me lightly warmed hash browns that you could tell weren’t cooked. I politely asked if they could give me new ones, they were rude and brought back colder hash browns. My husband ended up going inside and the staff were talking about me in the store about asking for fresher hashbrowns. My husband ended up paying for two additional hashbrowns and explained the situation to the lady at the counter, they brought him warm hashbrowns again and the lady at the counter said cook them again. All around rude staff especially the manager on shift. Would not recommend."

"I go here ALMOST every day around 6pm. Every once in a while we will try to get a a donut but every single time without fail they are out of stock of everything. When my mom said “how are you always out, this is Dunkin’ Donuts?” The employee said “well if you don’t get here by 12pm, we sell out. We have “morning people” who come and buy everything by 12” and when I said “well you’re open until 9pm” she got nasty and said “oh no, we close at 8!!!!” Like the hour makes a difference when you are already been out for 8 HOURS every single day.. and if you KNOW it will sell out by 12 pm with 8 more business hours who doesn’t the management order more product?! After the way she got rude with me I told her to cancel the order and I will not be back."

"I've ordered uber eats 3 times from this store and today was the 3rd time something was missing from order. I attempted to call the store 4 times and no one answered, not sure level of education it takes to work and read but I'm pretty sure a 5 year old can read a ticket and put items in bag. Coffee had no exspresso in it wraps were cold and cheese looked like it had been melted and left out for days ..... very upset and will be writing a letter to corperate since no one is capable of answering the phone....."
