"Bake My Day - Lady Ray 833 harbor Boulevard Destin, Florida Most impressive eatery and bakery, tucked away in a small strip mall area near the Target in Destin - and after our first visit we all were so impressed with the quality of their pastries and lunch food I would only imagine it is a matter of time before their business dictates they move to a more convenient location with more kitchen and dining space. Lady Ray offers a select array of quality sandwiches made with fresh ingredients and fresh bread. Our group all ordered the daily special, which was tender prime rib beef shredded with melted cheese, fried onion pieces on a toasted loaf of hoagie sized bread. Excellent taste. The bakery items on display were very inviting and as tasty as they looked. Quite fancy, beautifully presented and all made with fresh ingredients. After our lunch and because we just couldn’t resist - we all ended up picking one of several pastry choices to take with us. The Cafe has indoor seating and a small resale merchandise area. The bakery does cater to Specialty and Wedding Cakes and if you’re ever in Destin during a birthday - other customers told us they make a heck of a custom made Birthday Cake."
