"I just wish they would give people a chance. I mean yes I have made some mistakes in my life but those mistakes do not define who I am today. I have very good work ethic and have been on my current job for a little over 4 years with not one complaint and I only missed one day of work and that was because my child got into a bad car accident. Maybe if they would give people like me a chance the employee turnover rate wouldn't be so high."
"job fair was pleasant and simple. the interviewer said they would call... unfortunately due to spam, I screen unknown numbers. If they called, they did not leave a vm. maybe next time!"
"Got here a day early, checked in about 1900. Asked if they could work me in tonight, called me around 2130, gave me a door & was gone by 2215. I must say probably the best dollar general dc I’ve been to."
"Over 4 hours waiting to unload my trailer. Inconsiderate of my time and other drivers. As a semi truck driver, I don’t get paid by the hour. So unprofessional. You can do better!"
"ATTENTION‼️ Please Read‼️ SCAM ALERT‼️ So I’ve been doing this load for a while now and always seem to have a lumper above $150 due to “damages”. So I decided to take pictures of every load and inspect it before I hit the dock for offloading. Caught capstone trying to scam me out of $150 instead of the $72. No kidding, I did this load 3 times in 24 hours and each time they lied and said things were damaged. Once I showed them the proof, they changed it. 3 times In one day. Not including other days I went after. In total I’ve caught this and showed them proof 9 times. Yes, you read it right, 9 times they’ve tried to scam me. When confronted, they all giggled as if they already knew what they were doing. They Do this with 80% of the trucks that come in here, I’ve asked other truckers and they’ve all said their lumper came out to $150+. I suggest every driver takes pictures of paper work next to the freight in the trailer to prove nothing damaged. You don’t have to take my word, but you’ll regret it 100%. I have videos and pictures proof. Tighten up Capstone, this isn’t right. We work hard for our money for you to steal from us. I’m building up my evidence, one day I might need it for a lawsuit ☺️"
