"This Starbucks has a very nice staff, usually pretty clean, a little short hours on weekends, and slightly more expensive than offbase which is fine to me. BUT i started counting recently how many drinks i have had messed up in one way or another and, out of the past 10, there were 2 that were made to my order. It's unfortunate but ill have to go off base from now on."
"Slowest Starbucks in the world. Same thing everyday takes 20 minutes to get a pre made coffee. Not managed properly since even 3-4 employees can't get anything done fast. Regularly lines are 10 people long.People have to go to work they don't have time to wait for one employee to take orders and then prepare while other employees are running around doing prep work that should be done in the early morning"
