"ordered my meal a pink velvet drink and two donuts. there was barely a line and they had us waiting 20 minutes. they come out with my coffee and it was horrible and they forgot my donuts so i had to tell them and when i got them they were the wrong donut flavors. also they were in such a hurry that they over filled my coffee which spilled everywhere bc you couldn’t even put a straw into it"

"I didn’t get pics! I am NEW to the Dunkin’ scene. First thing I didn’t was download the app. I used it a couple of times with no problem. I used to be a Starbucks girl all the way but decided to change it up in 2024. February 1st 2024. My app wasn’t working. I decided I was close enough to the Eglin location to just stop by. I pulled up to the drive thru & was kindly greeted. I explained my app issue & a couple of ladies tried to explain the issue to me. Nothing real helpful! I had a little time before work & promised my female friend I would bring her a coffee due to her rough day. At this point I was giving up on my coffee and just wanted to get hers instead. I pulled into a parking spot looking through the app trying to re order. My window was still down from being in drive thru. This very kind lady runs out & ask me if I were the one in the drive thru with the app issue. She asked me what my drinks were & kindly ran inside to fix my order. Shout OUT to Brittany. ( sorry girl if I spelled it wrong) I am a strong believer in you never know what someone has going on. Little did she know I have had the worst 6 months of my life. I woke up today with positivity on my mind & ran with it. Brittany was exactly who I needed to meet today! Thank you for the amazing CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thank you for reminding me the WORLD is still kind. Dunkin’ , Brittany is what Dunkin should stand for. She is amazing, kinda, hard working, & brave. Keep doing y’all’s thing. You made yourself a forever customer today."

"Thank you for the day old doughnuts. I got them in the drive-thru at 8:30AM. Got home and all the doughnuts were semi-stale at least a day old. Not very fresh. I have been there sometimes and they are out of certain doughnuts early in the morning. If the name of your company reflects the product you sell, you should not run out of it."

"This location needs new management. Yet again they dropped the ball. Today they we're unable to make Lattes and cappuccino. One day they didn't have straws. Another they didn't have medium cups. DO BETTER DD. I stopped by today to get my new favorite drink! I placed my order and the young lady says they do not have medium cups. Ok no problem. I asked if I could have a medium coffee in a large cup (a small just isn't enough)? She asked what I meant and I explained, she responded "yeah, no." Fine. I get to the window and she says they have no caramel. I canceled my drink order and kept the wake up wrap. The wrap was soggy, the cheese was burnt and the egg wasn't even in the wrap. 0/10"

"No labels on filled donuts. I dared asked, what the fillings are. The employee was annoyed. No biggie, maybe she’s having a rough day. Got dozen of jelly filled at 11 am on Saturday. Old donuts and hardly any jelly…. Very disappointed as this is a great location and they seemed busy. Wanted to be a regular, but….I like fresh and actually with filling…."
