"Stumbled on Alla Prima completely by chance while dropping off a friend nearby. Very classy, high-end coffee and pastries. I had a cortado (very few places in Pensacola have this on the menu) and a bacon-egg-and-cheese quiche biscuit. Both were excellent. Nice ambiance and beautiful decor."

"When you walk into Alla Prima Coffee Roasters, it smells like quality coffee. Everything about this place is handcrafted, as the beans are roasted in house as well! I had the pleasure to speak with the owner and she took time out of her day to show me her studio and how she roasts her coffee beans. It was a wonderful experience. Not only does is smell wonderful, but the ambiance is cozy, there is plenty of seating, and you know that you are getting a high quality drink. Staff is friendly and sweet!"
