"I usually dont bother with theses surveys ,but what the heck . Of all the Everman locations in Pensacola this one needs the most help. This is based on multiple viisits spread out over a year or so. As always , and I mean each time no one greats you as you as you enter or at any point during your visit other then the checkout. I by no need am starving for attention but how about just the good old fake business greeting when you enter the establishment?? I figured to confirm this I watched for a interaction between a few other customers each time and the same results took place . Well enough about the lack of courtesy . How about the well advertised breakfast, prominently displayed by the road . Yes , I fell for it and like a hungry zombie seeking nourishment I stopped and entered into the establishment (9 Mile location). I was thinking this has to be something even better then a fast food breakfast , right? Well I walked the store for some other items then proceeded to the breakfast buffet . When I arrived at the buffet this was after the store had been open for a while they were just now finishing with placing the food items out . The food was still not heated through ,the buffet was still not filled and again not one of the three employees bothered to great anyone ? At the very least shouldnt the buffett already be filled and hot when the store opens? Well , since I was already committed I packed a container up , checked out and left . Most of the breakfast items were not close to being hot. Flavor for the items I purchased made Mc Donald's look like a 4 Star restaurant. First and foremost this would most likely not be a concern if maybe there was some form of leadership walking the floor and following up. Something you would expect to see first thing in the morning or during peek business hours ? Well not once have I seen this during a visit. Well anyway , to end this go to one of the other location if your wanting the type of specialty products they have but this one should be at the end of your list."

"I finally got across town to visit the new Ever'mans Co-Op there. Celebrating the first year open. Even after a year the "new store" smell had not worn off. That is as enjoyable as new car smell you know. This store is beautiful. The structure itself and the layout inside. The folks working that day went out of their way to help us find a couple of items we were in need of. They did so without hesitation and successfully I will also add. Normally our household uses the downtown location but we wanted to see this Co-OP located on East 9mile road. It was worth the drive over. Easily found if you are not familiar with that side. Ever'man East 9 mile stands out not only for their commitment to serving but also for the added touches thoughtfully added. Those touches include an electric car charging station capable of three or four vehicles. Ample parking, easy access to the entrance. An outdoor seating area in pleasant surroundings should you care to have lunch from their cafe. Their cafe offerings both presented well and more than enough for even the pick eater would be my take on what I saw there. Overall worth the visit and an awesome addition to our downtown location. Check them out. As in other places masks are to be worn."

"You would say that the first Ever'man store is nice but it is nothing compared to this new location on 9 mile. It's much bigger and ample of space to eat, park and even exercise if you've had too much to eat. The store is nicely set up. Nice food selection and the way it is designed was simply nice. Great outdoor seating as well and a walk path to simply burn those extra calories. Very impress with the layout of the entire store."
