"Best thrift store in the state, pricing and quality wise. Hands down. And I do higher end reselling for a living. While the bins might not be for the inpatient, and pricing can be confusing for those who aren’t aware how bins work, I don’t care. I stopped going to any other SWFL thrift store since I discovered this place unless I need to reload on modern home goods (that’s the one area it really needs work on). "The staff was friendly and helpful when I had questions. There are about eight bins out at any given time and they are all separated by soft goods or not soft goods. All the clothes seemed nearly freshly laundered and all in good-excellent condition, which went a long way toward making up for the rather underwhelming selection of mid-range and lower clothing brands. If you’re a reseller who prefers to sell above and beyond BR, then this is not the bin store you’re looking for. However, if you’re needing to stock up on wardrobe staples like basic tees, camis and scarves, then this is exactly the joint you’re looking for! Pricing is just over $2/lb of soft goods with all manner of wacky pricing on everything else and they don’t accept cash!"

"The customer service is great. Lori was very friendly and helpful and told me what the mission is for St. Matthews house. All the employees were great. The setup of the bins were neatly arranged and clean. Definitely recommend this place. Found many treasures there. Great mission to contribute to."
