"5 stars to this location located in Apollo beach! I was extremely frustrated with my phone so I stopped into the store earlier this afternoon. Upon entering I was greeted by Jojo. I apologized to him for my concerns but he sat with me and was extremely friendly and patient with me. He managed to not only fix my phone issue but to help me and my wife get a new home Internet for our home. I am completely grateful and appreciative to Jojo for his kindness and his professionalism. Highly recommend this Verizon store to anyone needing a phone or great service"
