"They stole $200 from me. Back in September, I purchased two $100 gift cards in-store. I went out to my car to scratch off the numbers/pins, and ALL of the numbers scratched off. I immediately went back into the store and explained. The girl said they must have just been old and on the shell too long. She said they couldn’t refund me, and had to process a corporate refund. I have never been refunded my money. I’ve called the store and they won’t help. I’ve called corporate 50 times and can’t speak to anyone. I’ve left messages and they don’t return my calls. They literally stole my money."

The young lady in the Sephora section was absolutely amazing, providing excellent assistance. Additionally, the younger girl in the men's clothing department went above and beyond, displaying exceptional kindness and helpfulness.
