"Ordered four sandwiches, the portion of meat on the sandwich was pathetic. In fact, I even snapped three photos of one of the sorry looking sandwiches and sent it to the corporate office, they did not reply. Take a moment to read all of the negative reviews at this location. A word to the wise, do not waste your money on a sandwich that will consist of a "big" piece of bread and nothing else!"

"This is a very important warning for those who care about their health. On Sunday, 10/01/2023, I had diarrhea and an incredible pain in my stomach due to "The Earl's Club" sandwich. I'm afraid of being hospitalized. I went to the toilet 7 times after eating and I still have pain. Food here can be stale and unhealthy. Please be very careful when choosing a place to eat. I never eat here."

"Great Tasting Sandwiches and Welcoming Staff Earl of Sandwich is one of my favorite sandwich shops. I usually order the All American (secret menu item) but their other sandwiches are good too. It has the right creaminess paired with tanginess of the cranberries. The veggies are actually tasty compared to a lot of other places and the bread nicely toasted and chewy. They used to have a great location in Westchase near where I live, but it unfortunately and unexpectedly was permanently closed. This location in the mall has been understaffed or closed since COVID, when I've been able to get over this way, which is next to my old office. But on my recent trip they were fully staffed and open. So maybe that issue has been resolved. I've got to call out one employee, Eric. Eric has a great positive attitude, very friendly, energetic, welcoming, and he makes you smile. He used to be at the old location and I'm glad he transferred. He's remembered me each time when I've come in. You deal with negativity all day long, it's nice when someone is positive for a change. It brightens your day. Earl of Sandwich management: give this guy a raise and consider promoting him. He's doing more for your business than making sandwiches. Having someone like him on staff I think raises the morale of everyone, staff and customers, and keeps your customers coming back."

"We have been eating sandwiches at Earl Of Sandwich for years and thoroughly enjoyed them. Today we stopped and got two Earls club sandwiches. I know times are tough but if you don’t want to put anything on the bread, then stop selling sandwiches. There was one slice of turkey, 1/2 strip of bacon, lettuce that was from under someone’s shoe and so little sauce you could barely taste it. My wife asked the lady why there was nothing on the sandwich and she said, it is what it is. Not sure we will ever stop at Earl Of Sandwich again. Don’t mind paying for quality, unfortunately quality is not what Earl Of Sandwich is all about anymore."

"Pretty mid in regards to the sandwiches. Ordered the full montagu which unfortunately had very wilted lettuce and low quantity of meat compared to what you would consider fair for the pricing. The chipotle chicken avocado was good with the right amount of sauce and avocado. The tomato soup was creamy. The clam chowder was okay - doesn’t go above and beyond."
