"This was one of our worst ER experiences. My son was violently coughing, had a fever, and noticeable congestion. The ER doctor and nurses downplayed his symptoms and decided to test him only for the flu, COVID, and strep. When those came back negative, I asked for a PCR or a more complex panel to get a sense of what was happening. She declined, sent us home, and told us he had likely caught some virus. The next day we went to urgent care and they confirmed my son had RSV. Not only that, but he was much worse by then. Do NOT bring your child here if you can avoid it."
"If I could not give stars at all, I would I’m disgusted by the fact that I come in at 11 o’clock at night and at 3 o’clock in the morning my child is still not been seen but multiple children with normal symptoms are being seen ahead of her there’s no excuse there’s no rhyme or reason I’ve talk to parents you name it they should freaking be ashamed of themselves! SHe’s having an allergic reaction to something that has caused a rash all over her mouth..scum all of you!"
"Nothing but great things to say about this whole compound."
"I came here on oct 7th with my daughter waited 3 hours once I said something I was finally called in to the back for a physician to exam her less then 5 mins and tells me she has hand mouth and feet but I had mention to her about the cough and ear pain she ignored it . I come back oct 19th because it’s worse to find out she has a sinus infection I told the Rn about the bumps she had oct 7th that they are still spreading she told me it will go away on its own . For me to take her to her pediatric doctor the next day and they tell me it’s a ringworm . My concern is more on oct 7th How do you have so called pediatric physician and can’t tell the difference between hand mouth and feet and ring worm ? And for oct 19th my concern is a RN who tells you it’s going to go away on its own when she didn’t even exam her if anything she comes and asks me what did the doctor tell me And asking me if he is putting her on medication ?"
"My son arrived with a fever, his body trembling, he had a head injury, and they did not check anything, a practitioner attended me, and repeated the same thing that I told him my son had. Lousy service apart from the time you have to wait for each thing. And they sent me home with a fever."
