"The facilities here are very nice, but I will say this year I see a change. Not sure if there is change in management or something but I'm a parent of one of the students that go to the school next door and this year they are being very stingy in terms of sharing their resources with the school, teachers, and students. It's a shame they are called a "community center" but they are truly not working to serve the whole community this year. Again, this is a new change for this year and I really hope they are able to figure out this situation out and share with the school like they used to or this problem will have to get escalated as it's hurting our community."
"Staff is amazing. Customer service is top notch and professional. The facility is always clean and a great place to play basketball indoors."
"I came with my friend to this Rec-Center at 4 pm and they said the courts would be in use until 6pm due to the Spring Camp activities and they said we can play once the Spring Camp was over. So, we ended up waiting for 2 hours because we really wanted to play. When the camp was over, we were very excited to finally play basketball after waiting such a long wait. When we went in, this rude employee told us to leave. We were in shock and asked her why. She said because we weren’t adults. I remember coming to the Rec-Center a couple days ago and they said we had to be at least be 16 years old. What really pisses me off is before we waited, they said they we were able to play once the camp was over. And it turns out that they were lying to us and we ended up wasting 2 hours of our day. It’s a shame because after we left, and I saw them let other kids in the gym. So overall, I’m really disappointed with this experience and I hope they resolve this issue and it never happens again."
"This basketball court is very poorly managed. I am cancelling my membership and will never ever go there again. The games are interrupted by little kids and the management is not capable of controlling this situation. Very very bad management."
"My daughter goes to camp here and I like it because I feel like she is safe. She inst super excited about it because they don't seem to do much from what she tells me, but you know how kids exaggerated. They offer good after school activities but they are only beneficial for kids with parents who don't work past 3pm. The camp is expensive and so are the after school programs."
