"Our family decided to go bowling at Pin Chasers/Oakfield Lanes Saturday night. They were very busy so we were put on a waiting list and would be notified by text once our lane was available. This was a great feature, as a group with young children we were able to leave and enjoy dinner with our family at a nearby restaurant. Once we returned, we got in right away. Our waiter was very attentive. Throughout the night as groups would leave and before the next group would start, the areas were thoroughly wiped down and cleaned. Although the place was busy and the staff was adjusting to new ownership, they were still very accommodating. Debbie was quick to respond to any issues we experienced on our lane. It was a great night had by all. We look forward to returning for a fun night to enjoy with our family of all ages."

"I'm excited about the future of Bowling in Brandon. I'm so glad Pin chasers bought Oakfield Lanes. Debbie has really helped with the transition. I've known her for Years. I couldn't imagine Bowling there and not seeing her face. She's always so helpful and polite."

"Reserved 2 lanes for tonight online. Thankfully I called to confirm, found out they had no lanes available and there wouldn't be any available until cosmic bowling. Instead of receiving any form of customer service, I was told (by Jennifer) I should've reserved 3 lanes for the amount of people that were coming, because that makes any sense when there aren't any lanes available anyways. Now I'm being told the manager (Angie) won't be available to provide a refund until Monday. Seriously zero attempt at communication, apologizing or trying to retain my business. I worked in customer service for over 12 years, I get that things happen but maybe try not to scold your customers for your mistakes. This was for a 6 year old birthday, Thanks for making it a memorable one. Update: we went to Brandon Crossroads and they went above and beyond after hearing what happened with Pin Chasers. Best customer service ever. Earned my repeat business for sure."

"From 2-5 most da ts of the week you can get a $7 deal. Shoes and endless games until 5. If you play past the lane shuts down automatically at 5. Staff was a bit rude. But not too bad. Will probably come back. Older equipment, which is cool. But it’s not well taken care of. Also, that I noticed. They didn’t spray the shoes, ew."

"I really adore this bowling alley. It is surrounded by big tall oak trees and has a big beautiful pond with a deck overlooking all of the really cute turtles swimming around everywhere. When you walk in it feels like a cozy neighborhood vibe and the customer service is top notch, everyone is so friendly and helpful. The alley is clean and well decorated and I love that there is a separate bar/lounge with pool tables and there is an outdoor seating area that is shaded."
