"I made a purchase in April for my child to participate in the basketball league. Unexpected summer plans arose and my child was unable to participate in the league. I requested a refund a few days after making my purchase. I was told the refund would take up to 4 weeks to process. Over 8 weeks have passed and the refund still has not been issued. I have reached out to this company several times but they tell me the same BS response. It should NOT take this long to get a refund! I addressed my concerns with the owner who was nasty and completely unprofessional. This company is shady! Their unethical financial practices are deplorable. They are total crooks."
