"Nice venue, not too big or too small. Pretty good flow getting in & out of building & the parking lot. Jagged Little Pill was a great show. I wasn't sure if it was going to be heavy due to the subject matter, but it had humor woven through it & of course, the great songs!"

"Awesome Venue located on the Campus of Florida Southwestern State College in Fort Myers, Florida. Absolutely beautiful layout, with multiple levels and semi-private boxes. Great Stage and Sound System, really no bad seats. Ladies need to be aware they absolutely limit the size and dimensions of your Purse / Pocket Book, so best to go small, or be forced to bring it back to your car. ( Don't argue with Security over this issue, or you might be prevented from entering. ) Inside, you can purchase drinks and alcoholic beverages and limited snacks. They offer plenty of free parking, but getting out after the show might take you 20-30 minutes. We have attended numerous events there and have always been impressed with the venue and staff. Highly recommended!!!"

"Shows are good here, but this is consistently the worst venue I’ve ever been to. Getting in and out of the parking lot is a nightmare, both driving and walking through. The building itself is ugly and they never decorate to fit the show. The lobby is always cold, bare, and underwhelming, unlike what I’ve experienced in venues in Miami and abroad. The security people are liars and absolutely vile: they manipulate rules like insisting bags don’t fit within their green masking tape boxes when they absolutely do. The ushers inside are sweet but could probably try to be more helpful and useful. And finally, is this place perpetually under construction? The men’s bathrooms were easy to access, but the women’s were in another universe. Food from the concession stand underwhelming and overpriced as always. In spite of the decent shows I’ve seen here, it’s evident that I need to start driving to Miami again for a better experience. Venue and customer service matters, especially when attending a show geared to children. We probably won’t be back."

"Saw a show there.I would suggest getting there at least 45 minutes to an hour early to avoid parking congestion. My wife did not bring a purse because it has to be the size of a postage stamp and clear and she wasn’t dealing with that. Chairs are hard plastic but were not as bad as the torturous ones they have on the floor at Hertz Arena. Sound was good, AC was fine and we enjoyed the show. Even got to watch two couples drop obscenities over who was sitting in the wrong seat. We came for the show and it was fun . Always good to relax on a Sunday night."
