"When we first moved in, probably would have given it a three, the property needs to be updated badly not much has been done in the 10 years that we have been here and the original owners seem to have a rule of the property. As well as most of the reviews here that are high-ranking are from board members, committee members, and or their friends. Not a true assessment of the property."

"Waterways is a really nice gated community with large lakes. There are basketball courts, tennis courts, pool and clubhouse with a gym. Many activities are held here and the residents can hold their events here too. The common areas are well maintained and most residents maintain their property. Wildlife in the community is plentiful from fish in the lakes, alligators, egrets, herons, osprey, golden eagles, cormorants, ahingas, American kites and rabbits. The homeowners fee is pretty steep considering you really don't get much for your money."
