About the Warm Mineral Springs Park
Warm Mineral Springs Park is a unique and historic destination located at 12200 San Servando Avenue in North Port, Florida. This natural warm spring is the only one of its kind in the state, with a consistent average temperature of 85 degrees year-round. Visitors to the park can enjoy therapeutic and passive recreational experiences in the mineral-rich waters, rumored to have one of the highest mineral contents of any natural spring in the United States.
Listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places, Warm Mineral Springs Park attracts over 150,000 visitors annually who come to soak in its healing waters. Although the historic building complex is currently closed due to damage from hurricanes, temporary facilities are available for visitor use. Admission passes are non-refundable and non-transferrable, with rain checks provided in case of closures due to weather or facility issues. Safety is a top priority at Warm Mineral Springs Park, with rules and regulations in place to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
In the event of lightning within an eight-mile radius, guests must seek shelter in their vehicles until the park reopens. Lifeguards will provide guidance during weather closures, with a system in place to alert guests when it is safe to return to the pool and springs. Visit Warm Mineral Springs Park for a day of relaxation and rejuvenation in a truly unique natural setting.

Reviews of Warm Mineral Springs Park
"Viability was around 10 feet. As much as I love the temperature of this springs and enjoy exploring some of the different types of fish I’ve seen in it ranging in size up to about 1.5 feet, I’m still smelling the sulfur in either my hair or sinuses 3 days later with a shower each day. As much as I wanted to make going here part of my regular swimming routine (I was able to achieve a PB for breath holding and tried equalizing underwater here for the first time) I don’t know that I can stand smelling sulfur this much for such a long time after."
"I went in the late afternoon. It cost way too much to get in. I can say I have swam in a WARM spring. But it is very dirty and murky. It is very outdated and the facilities are in trailers. I will say they were clean. It looks like there used to be an actual building before, which is completely run down. Negative - The people who took my money did not warn me. The lady was quite abrupt. Positive - The Lifeguards were amazing! They explained that the later you come the less clear the water is. That the Spring changes over everynight.. ATTENTION If you're foing to go, try to go early. Also, it's not a Hot Spring It is a Warm spring. I've gone once and do not plan on going back."
"Lovely place! Really like it! It's sad that the last hurricane destroyed it. Hopefully, some repairs and remodeling will be done soon. As the day price is too expensive, and still, the charges for the kid are way too high."
"This is the hole in the ground that you need! The warm water, the minerals absorbing into your body. I felt ( I won't lie and say brand new), but I did feel better the next day. Just love the idea of nature being used the way it should be. A must experience!!"
