"I'm a photographer from Ontario Canada who was staying in the area and looking for a place to see local wildlife, specifically birds. Although challenging with the heavy brush there was lots to find with patience."

"A nice short shaded 10 minutes trail that takes you to an open picnic area with a lake."

"Great place to walk. Paths are all hand sand, I did not walk all of it but what I saw was beautiful. Take mosquito repellent since the trail goes through a swamp. No benches. There is paved parking and I doubt you could park four cars in small entrance area."

"Really nice peaceful walk. Saw a deer. There's a nice place to take a picnic at the end of the train. Train ends at the water. Beautiful scenery."

"You cannot drive down Stokes Rd. There is a fence blocking it. Park in front of the fence. Short hike to a scenic area with a picnic pavilion that overlooks a creek. I saw evidence of hogs and heard them in the distance. Saw several gopher tortoise burrows."
