"It's a public art installation just off Florida Ave. It's one mile south of downtown and one block west at 118 Park St. It was placed there for public amusement and selfies are encouraged but climbing the often hot and in some places sharp sculpture is not advised. It's about 30 feet long and consists of three pieces that are placed to look as if a serpent dragon made of scrap metal is undulating in and out of the ground. The colors are beautiful in sunlight and if you are in the area it is well worth the detour to check it out...several other really fun places close by too!"
