"Visited the lighthouse and gift shop. We did not climb up the lighthouse due to physical limitations. Beautiful setting, very close to the water. Gift shop attendant was very informative in regards to the history of the lighthouse."

"A must see area. The lighthouse is open to climbing. (Check the hours) Enjoy the walking track and birds playing in the bay. Definitely stop to stretch your legs if you're traveling through. There are picnic tables to the right side by the bay."

"Beautiful view from the top! The stairs are narrow, and the climb is kind of tight (you can't pass someone if you wanted to) but it's definitely worth the climb. Very unique 6 to other lighthouses we've climbed. We were the only ones climbing at the time. My 6 year thought it was awesome. It was $5 for an adult and $3 for a kid to climb - kids have to be at least 44 inches tall to climb.. wear closed shoes as flip flop/sandals aren't suitable for the climb."

"Great views. It was a steep climb up and they don't make people wait before going up when there are already people up there. It can be a very tight squeeze through the staircase. We enjoyed it."
