"This Walgreens just continues to disappoint. Definitely switching back to the Walgreens in Sunny Isles for my medications! They keep hanging up on me just when I call once a day for an update on my back-ordered medications. I’ve also noticed the pharmacists are much ruder to female customers than to make customers. My boyfriend has no problems filling his prescription here. However, they are always giving me major attitude every single month. Continuing to do a case study on this. I will be reporting the results in an academic journal for your reading pleasure."

"This is the worst Walgreens pharmacy I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Been trying to get the same prescription for over two weeks now. They keep canceling it and re-ordering and then having me get it rewritten. Definitely the last time I’ll ever deal with this pharmacy."

"This Walgreen's lost my medication, and they refuse to take responsibility and replace it. They said they talked to the driver, and he said that he delivered it, but he did not. They then insisted I have my building review our camera footage, which they did, and it showed the medicine was not delivered, and the manager who was on duty when they said it was delivered also confirmed that it was never received. Instead of making me go on this wild goose chase and investigate that the driver was lying, and it was never delivered, or he stole it, they should just replace the medication for me. This is totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Medications should be handled better than this,"
