Hilton Vacation Club Crescent on South Beach Miami

"If you want nice accommodations in the heart of South Beach Miami, this is the place to stay. Like most hotels on the strip, the exterior may fool you, but the rooms are very nice."

"This hotel needs to be renovated before accommodating guests. We had a room on the first floor 3105, bathroom ceiling above the bathtub had water leak. Carpet in the hallway was dirty. I heard this building was newly acquired, lots of noise from outside construction. Hilton should not rent these room until ready."

"This place definitely did NOT live up to the Hilton standards. The elevator was broken 2.5 days (most of Friday, half of Saturday, and today). The fire alarm sounded more than 5x. The fire department came each time - this is a waste of resources. The building is dirty and looks as if there’s no housekeeping. They sat in one room most of the days we were there. The carpet obviously haven’t been cleaned in years. When checking in we had to walk 2 buildings down. The first day housekeeping used a key to come in our room without knocking. She said she wasn’t aware someone had checked in. Soon after the front desk called to say she was coming. A previous guest had left something in the safe so the 2 female receptionist came in and tried to retrieve it - I was in a towel but comfortable with them because I had met them. Then two men came - one who worked there (that’s what he said) with the previous guest. Why did the employee think this was even ok? Let me add that My husband was not there when the men came so I stood at the exit door. Also, with as many times as the fire alarm went off NO ONE even gave us any information. Except, the exhausted firefighters apologizing & telling us this is a Hilton problem and not their fault. DO NOT STAY HERE. I’ll be waiting on a call from the corporate office. Otherwise, I will be calling them to rectify this issue. Also, I will update you guys if the alarm goes off again tonight because I’m still here! I’m exhausted. I just wanted a peaceful stay and this has been a bit much. This place charged me $666 (that should have been a sign) or $222/night. Update: No alarms through the night Sunday (but around 1130 Monday- which was after I checked out). Update (a wk later): a representative did reach out to me via email. Basically telling me that I should've read the website to know that there would be construction RIGHT at my window. She also said that the floors are vacuumed every day. I didn't hear a vacuum the ENTIRE time I was there. She did say that they would be remodeling next year. Do what you please with that information. They also did not offer any type of courtesies for being so badly inconvenienced during my stay."

"Brilliant location on Ocean Drive near the beach & nighttime action. Beautiful Art Deco building, big rooms with good air conditioning & wifi, excellent for an old building. The fire alarm going off 4 times during our stay, twice in the middle of the night was awful & needs to be fixed properly."

To check in guests must go to the front desk of a sister property the Ocean Plaza, second building north of the Crescent. Be sure and ask about the amenities accessible in the other buildings. The location of this hotel is simply unbeatable. Situated right in the heart of South Beach, it offers easy access to the vibrant energy and the beautiful white sandy beaches that Miami is known for. Recently Miami Beach made the stretch of Ocean Drive in front of the hotel a pedestrian only road. Since there are no vehicles, there is no vehicle noise. Whether you're a beach lover, a shopper, or a foodie, you'll find everything you need within walking distance. The rooms at the Crescent Hotel are spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. My room had a breathtaking view of the ocean. The design of the room was a one bedroom apartment with a kitchen and large soaking tub in the bathroom. The décor and furnishings made it feel like a true home away from home. One of the standout features of this hotel is the exceptional service provided by the staff. They go above and beyond to ensure that every guest feels special and well taken care of. Overall, my stay at the Hilton Vacation Club Crescent Hotel on South Beach Miami was nothing short of spectacular. This hotel combines convenience, and exceptional service to create an unforgettable vacation experience.
