"Honestly I have never been more disappointed with a company. They don't take responsibility for anything and leave you with no. Options when having issues with an item. I purchased couch from city furniture. The Skylar gray sectional. The couch looks gorgeous but it is made with cheap material and the stitching comes apart after just sitting on the couch. I have had the couch replaced already 3-4 different times. You think a company would take responsibility and maybe reach out and offer compensation or something for the couch but NO! It's the same story every time. City furniture couldn't care less about its clients they sell expensive prices for cheaply made products I will never purchase another item from here. They should be shutdown. If a couch rips continuously after just using it for sitting. Then you would think someone would reach out. But nope. Over all disappointed and would never recommend for anyone to buy anything from here. Upon speaking with customer service they said they could offer me 200$ compensation for the couch that I paid. 2500$ for. Funny how they think that is even acceptable. It's a joke. Stop buying from here"

"I’m so disappointed with city furniture. I’m just glad we didn’t order more furniture from there.I got the first half of the couch a week after we ordered it and waited for another month to get the other half which I totally understand. We got the wrong color and they told us to mix and match until we get the right couch . Although that was totally inconvenient specially since it’s holiday season and we’re expecting guests we said okay. We were surprised to that it’s not just the wrong color but also the wrong side so we can’t even use the couch. I texted my sales associate and he was reading the messages and did not respond to them. We had to go to the store more than once and they didn’t help. They said we can choose a different couch but we can’t have a temporary one to use until we can get our Couch . We didn’t like any of the other couch’s and they ruined our holiday for us so thanks for that city furniture :)"
