"Had a fantastic quick meal here. The gentleman who helped my husband and I this evening was super sweet and kind. They let us substitute Impossible Burger in the Ghost Pepper Burger (which is fantastic, BTW!!!O. He was kindness, friendliness and just plain wonderful. They were trying to get everything cleaned for the evening and for Thanksgiving. But he could not have been more helpful or kind with us. He definitely went above and beyond."

"Horrible experience. I use to eat here twice a week. I will no longer. They have a locked bathroom with a “must make a purchase” policy. I work for a company in the same plaza. We are currently remodeling the bathrooms and have no access. I told them this and asked if I could use it and still was told I must make a purchase even though I make purchases twice weekly already. Will no longer shop, will inform my staff not to as well and will inform the plaza as a whole how our “neighbors” treat us.Burger king has long gone down, and this franchise group is further adding to it Adiser Group LLC"

"Been coming here for years, because it's convenient for a W big box store. They used to be pretty good. Then post pandemic, service fell of a cliff. Thought I'd give it a while, about a year, to see. Nope, it seems like they only have 2 employees. The drive-thru was closed. Went inside and the the floor was dirty, place was empty, soda machine was out of just about everything, and I'm guessing kitchen order printer is down as the guy at the grill kept asking everyone what they ordered. Food quality was OK, frys were stale, burgers were cooked so that's one thing. Seems like I'll be giving them another try next year."
