"I would give this a zero if possible ONLY due to HORRIBLE service. Our second time yesterday. Same exact experience as first time 6 months ago! When we entered there were maybe 4 or 5 people. By the time we got our food TWENTY MINUTES LATER, there were 19 people that had also been waiting AT LEAST that long. If you ask for something, employees look like you are speaking a different language, and then slowly make their way to try and fulfill your request (packets of Mayo was our request). Worst Wendy’s we have EVER been to!!! And it’s not a one-off; apparently it’s consistently horrible."

"I have never written a review of a restaurant before but I was so appalled by the condition of this place I feel compelled. Floor was filthy, no one was in the dining room but every table was dirty. Every trash can was overflowing and the bathroom was disgusting. The soda dispenser had soda sprayed all over the enclosure and was caked on like it had been that way a week. Employees were dirty looking and very unfriendly. Screen on kiosk might infect you. I can see from the other reviews this is ongoing and evidently no one cares"

"This place is the most pathetic fast food place establishment I’ve ever experienced!!! Filthy, employees are just pathetic. Management is non-existent. Look at the picture below at the drink dispenser first thing in the morning. This place is a major health risk."

"Food is always good due to corporate consistency & automated equipment as long as it's served promptly. However, this place has stark atmosphere, no personalized cashier (you have to use a kiosk to order), no condiment counter (you have to ask for EVERYTHING EXTRA including napkins!). There were "supplies" in boxes stacked on a side counter (including an Amazon box) & employee cell phone power cords and food wrappers. The service was lacking simply because there was no inquiry as to any condiment requirements from the team member handing you your order."

"Wow... I guess I should have known when I walked in at lunch time and it was empty. Terrible service from overpaid, self-entitled people who talk to you like you are a burden and an inconvenience. However, you have to engage them first because they do not have customer service / people skills and won't greet you. Over $15 for a triple stack combo thrown together with minimal flavor. They were out of soap so I could not wash my hands, out of ice so my tea was warm and they put one napkin in the bag. At least they didn't have the meth head working the drive-thru window again, though. One step forward, two steps back. This place will be out of business in no time."
