About Us
CrossFit ABF is a gym located at 18538 US Highway 19 North in Clearwater, Florida, United States. We offer small, high intensity group classes that combine cardio with strength training. Whether you want to work on your weaknesses or just get a good workout in, we have something for you. Our brilliant coaches are here to work one-on-one with you to help you reach your fitness goals.
We believe that abs are made in the kitchen, so we also focus on nutrition to help you fuel your body for results. If you're new to working out, we'll start you off strong by teaching you the fundamentals of fitness and nutrition. Once you have the basics down, you can join our fun group classes with your new tribe.
Our programming is exciting, challenging, and varied, with workouts published in advance. Some days focus on strength, while others focus on cardio and conditioning. Each class is led by qualified coaches who will guide you through the workout and provide instruction on proper form.
