"Hadn't visited there in a while. I never had a bad experience, but this time the staff was different. My experience was very horrible. I did not like the treatment that I received as well as my grandsons. I will not visit again. But I would very much like to thank. Miss Christina, she was pretty much the only one as well as the lady that greeted us at the door on Saturday. That were very pleasant and nice. Miss Christina was very attentive and I really do appreciate her. But as for the rest of the staff, they seem to only want to deal with people that were of their own kind. It's one thing to make me feel like I'm unwelcome. But when it affects my grandsons that didn't sit well with me at all. I spoke to one of the employees as well as the manager about the issue, and they both looked at me like if they could care less. That was very unprofessional of them, and perhaps maybe they need more training in dealing with the public... I myself work in retailing and I would never treat a customer. The way that they treated me and my grandsons..."

"This store had a very nice selection of Coach items compared to my local outlet. I left with a tote and wallet to match and was very happy with my selection. Sheila*( I believe this was her name) helped us out with finding these items. She was a beautiful, tall black woman with glasses, a short haircut and very stylish. I will be back to this location because of her customer service when back in town."

"Almost a 5 stars but they are either understaffed or not working efficiently. Went their and had to wait 20 minutes before I was helped. I had to go find someone and she couldn't really help. Other than that I like the store set up and I found something that looked decent. It was the coach bag with the blue and white stripes."
