"The parking situation here is very confusing it’s suppose to be free up to 3 hours and upon leaving I get charged. When we ordered food inside it took a long time and the wine didn’t arrive till an hour later. THIS PLACE HAS NO HANDICAP ELEVATOR my boyfriend and I had to walk around trying to find a way to get into the cinema. GET IT TOGETHER this place is expensive. And we expect better service and quality."

"We love this theater but it’s always a gamble. Overall we like it and we always come back for the comfort and convenient location. Pro: very comfortable seats, great menu, good drinks. Cons: they’reI not super thorough in cleaning between shows so don’t look between seats or under the chair. Food is always a gamble, we love the nachos, first time we tried them the sauce and corn was a perfect ratio, good food with every bite, other times they’ve been dry and boring. The street hot dog seemed great in the picture but last time it was so soggy that it seemed they submerged it in water before putting it on my plate. The drinks are pricey but they’ve been good, our go-to is always the margarita. Popcorn sometimes it’s good when they add butter, other times we’ve had dry burned scraps. I’d say the busier they are the worse their service gets. Make sure to remind them if they forget something you asked like napkins or a refill. The staff has always been really nice, the managers are awesome and they do their best for their customers, that’s why we always come back."

"I went to this theatre yesterday for the first time, have been looking forward to trying this place out. Unfortunately, I am extremely upset with my experience here. I sat in a 3hr+ movie to watch “killers of the flower moon”. I ordered the bottomless popcorn, and requested a refill over 5 times with the button but no one ever came back to serve us. Then I check my credit card today, and they processed a $20 payment when I payed less than $12 for the popcorn. I am highly upset, and will be requesting a refund! This is unacceptable, I never approved a $20 payment and would like to request a full refund for my movie ticket along with the popcorn!"

"Great concept of dine in movie with a waiter to take your order, bottomless popcorn, great mixed and alcoholic drinks and other host services while you watch the movie. But, it was extremely slow service. I ordered a second round of popcorn half way thru the Equalizer 3 movie and did not get it until the last scene of the movie. I'm sure some would rate less than 4 ⭐, but I was impressed with most other aspects of the theater."
