"We arrived 15min before closing. The bathroom was locked, when asked if we could use the bathroom, the girls counting down the registers said then bathrooms were closed. Then right before we tried to pay one of girls tried to tell us the registers were closed. I replied with we’re paying card. She said it doesn’t matter. We argued back and forth for a bit about customer service, closing down the registers early and how we were there 15 before store closing before they finally decided to take our payment. I understand the world is short staffed, and help is hard to find, but this is unacceptable."
