"How anyone gave this store higher than 1 star I don’t understand. The store is severely understaffed. There was 1 register open at a peak time 8:15pm. The line almost reached the back of the store. I asked the clerk why he doesn’t ask for back-up and he was like “huh” so I asked in Spanish and so he laughed in my face. He said this is the way it always is and that there’s usually no more than 2 employees working at a time. I’m surprised I’m still surprised considering this is Miami’s south west."
