Dollar Tree

"I like this dollar tree just only downside is that the cashiers are now self checkout which i LOVEEE but there are too many old people that dont know how to use it and there are no workers on the floor helping them so the line is STILL long. There should always be someone out helping. Overall organized store"

"Walked in before 9 PM. The three self checkout lanes were unable to be used. Two were completely closed, and the third one was being used by a trainee and the associate with the blonde hair who goes by Yady or Yally. After standing behind him for several minutes thinking that they were doing something to the computer, I asked at what time they closed. The new trainee didn't even turn around to respond that they close at 10 PM. I could not believe how I was being treated by someone who just started. After waiting around 10 minutes and when we were paying is when Yady decided to open up a self checkout register. After asking her name, she became very defensive and began stating that the new trainee closed the registers really fast. we mentioned that this is not the first time this happens at around the same time. If your location closes at 10 PM, then at 10 PM is when you need to be closing the registers. There is no way that there is only one associate, A very kind gentleman that is taking customers. The line was very long, and it is Yadi's fault and the new trainee who is extremely I'll mannered for not turning around to face a customer who asked at what time they closed. Mind you, as the new trainee was doing her training not once did either tell me that they will not be able to allow me to use the self check out. After speaking with the blonde hair associate, she expressed herself in a very dire manner and said that my mother and I were extremely intense and very aggravated. I am not sure how she thinks it's appropriate to treat a customer like that. I look forward to complaining to either the management or even corporate. people like this just should not be working and customer service, I was horrified. UPDATE:: visited today and the self checkout was taking sooo long for the transaction process I asked Linda and she said “don’t know” I confined her name was kinda so I can write this and she said “yea” shocking. Calling management tomorrow."

"Clean. Not completely organized but I mean, doesn't look abandoned like the previous one. Well stocked, well illuminated. The best part, a cashier with manners. Good experience."
